We cannot say enough good things about Shasta! We have known her for at least a year and three months. During that time, she was a font of knowledge about all things Real-Estate and a tremendous source of support, encouragement and reassurance. Our history started back in October 2020, when she assisted us in finding a rental property in Estero, Florida. The application process was particularly complicated and lengthy. We called her numerous times with numerous questions all of which she fielded with infinite patience. She clearly went far above the call of duty, which was on her personal time and without remuneration. My husband and I absolutely fell in love with the beautiful weather in Florida during the winter months. I started to look at open houses the first weekend we arrived in Estero. This started another positive venture with Shasta, looking for a home in Florida. Shasta then became incredibly useful again, as our “go to” person in purchasing a house in Florida. Again, Shasta demonstrated not only professionalism, but her genuine caring and gentle spirit. Shasta, never was annoyed with my phone calls when we had questions. Shasta opened up new ideas guiding us where to go in terms of homes for sale, as well as new construction possibilities. Shasta, took the time to meet us when we found a community to build our new home and guided us, if this would be a great place to live. She helped us find our final dream home. Shasta always was available and she became our “go to” person representing us from start to finish with our new home. My husband and I are so excited because of Shasta and her superb customers service we have officially closed on our newly built home and we are looking forward to living in Florida for many years with the grace of God’s blessings. She made this happen because of her passion to serve in the real estate business. Shasta continues to guide us to various individuals and businesses where to purchase items for the house and/or any maintenance that might be needed as a home owner, i.e., overhead garage storage bins. She continues to assist us with marked service excellence. It’s our opinion that she is exactly the kind of employee you would want in your company.
